Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping costs and other related expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We will deliver to your freight forwarding company for a minimum charge of $20 within 15 miles. On orders over $800 delivery to freight forwarders in Miami-Dade is free.
How do I return an item for a receive a refund?
Please contact our office at 786-600-7924 and request a Return Authorization Number (RO#) to initiate a return.
All sales on tools are final. No refunds on custom cuts. Film purchases over 30 days are not returnable for any reason. You must return all of the material for which you are asking to be issued a credit on credit. Example, if you return 50 percent of a roll of film, you will receive a 50 percent refund. Do not destroy or discard any film that you want to return. If you are simply unhappy with the roll of film, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, We will issue a shippers call tag and instruct our designated courier will pick it up from you. and we will send out a replacement to you at our expense. All returns subject up to a 20% restocking fee .We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on orders placed incorrectly or inaccurately by the customer. Special cuts are not guaranteed to be an exact measurement so please allow for machine error.

When will my order ship?
If in stock We will ship your order the same day it is placed unless we receive your order after Noon EST. Orders placed after the cut off time will ship out the following business day. All orders placed after the cut off time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
